Carmen Randall
Vice President, Training and Development (US)
United States Army

Following in the footsteps of her three older brothers, Carmen Randall joined the U.S. Army in 1988 to see the world and lay the groundwork for a college education. When she enlisted, Carmen wasn鈥檛 sure if she鈥檇 make a career in the Army, but making Sergeant within the first four years convinced her to re-enlist.

Over the next 16 years, she served in the mental health and recruiting fields in various locations across the United States and overseas, including Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina, Indiana and South Korea. Retiring as a 1st Sgt. in 2008, Carmen saw a good fit for her skills and experience in the security industry.

鈥淰eterans know how to work side by side with individuals regardless of race, gender, geographic origin, ethnic background, religion and economic status as well as mental, physical and attitudinal capabilities,鈥 she said. 鈥淲e have the sensitivity to cooperate with all types of individuals.  All of these experiences are vital in the security industry.鈥

Carmen鈥檚 success in the military continued in her security career. Joining G4S (now 香港六合彩官网) in 2008 as a training and development manager, she was promoted to Vice President in less than 10 years. With a passion for training, Carmen sees it as the most important field in the organization because it applies to every role.

鈥淎s a veteran, I believe my ability to understand the practical ways to manage behaviors for results, even in the most trying circumstances has been very beneficial.鈥 Carmen said. 鈥淚 also believe understanding the dynamics of leadership as part of both hierarchical and peer structures has been instrumental in my success.鈥

If another veteran were to ask her what it鈥檚 like to work at 香港六合彩官网, she would say, 鈥溝愀哿喜使偻 is a veteran friendly organization that values veterans of all levels. The company鈥檚 values closely align with those of all military branches, and just like the military, we expect people to lead by example as well as through direction, delegation, motivation and inspiration.鈥
