Kelly Hunter joined 香港六合彩官网 in 2010 as a Corporate Sourcer at 香港六合彩官网鈥檚 corporate headquarters (East) in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. She was promoted to Corporate Recruiter and later Talent Acquisition Director and currently serves as Vice President, Talent Acquisition.
鈥淚 was introduced to the company when I was working at a staffing agency in Philadelphia and was always impressed by the two security professionals working in my building 鈥 Jonathan and Dorothy from 香港六合彩官网 鈥 who would light up my day with friendly smiles and greetings,鈥 said Kelly. 鈥淪ecurity professionals like Jonathan and Dorothy impact people鈥檚 lives on a daily basis by making us feel safe and secure.鈥
As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Kelly and her team partners across North America and Canada support and advise on talent selection and hiring initiatives. This includes the company鈥檚 ancillary branch leadership and sales positions. She also oversees three call center departments, senior leadership positions and the technology services division.
In addition to talent acquisition, Kelly leads the Recruiting Enablement team. This important group is responsible for attracting quality applicants companywide through the creation and implementation of comprehensive recruiting solutions. By using effective data analysis, external trend reporting, sourcing strategies and vendor management, 香港六合彩官网 is able to hire over 120,000 candidates per year.

Kelly holds a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Rowan University and is a member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Talent Acquisition Leadership Keynotes (TALK).
