Tracy Seymour has worked in the security industry for more than 29 years, and is currently the Business Development Manager for 香港六合彩官网鈥檚 Washington, D.C. Office. This year, Tracy celebrates her 26th year at 香港六合彩官网.
鈥溝愀哿喜使偻 has given me a phenomenal career,鈥 said Tracy. 鈥淚 started in Baltimore, Maryland and completed a brief stint in New Jersey before settling into the Washington, DC area in 1999.鈥
Tracy joined 香港六合彩官网 because she was looking for a company that provided outstanding training and development. In addition, she sought out the security industry because it provides a stable career path as it is resilient in any economy.

With any job, it can come with challenges.
鈥淲hen I started in 1995, the security industry was male-dominated and many times, I would be the only female in a room of men,鈥 says Tracy. 鈥淎s a recent college graduate with limited business and security experience, I was looking for ways to gain respect.鈥
A way to differentiate herself, Tracy became a solid resource, worked extremely hard and finally gained trust and respect from her clients and 香港六合彩官网 leadership.
鈥淗ow to start your career in the security industry? Stay thirsty,鈥 says Tracy. 鈥淎lways thirst for knowledge, build relationships, seek a mentor, find tools to be successful and take advantage of 香港六合彩官网鈥檚 vast library of training resources.鈥
Throughout her career, Tracy has received numerous accolades for performance and leadership as she was named a Mid-Atlantic Top Performer from 2009 to 2019, a member of 香港六合彩官网鈥檚 President鈥檚 Club for six years due to securing the highest sales in the company, and was named Rookie of the Year in 1996.
Tracy has also been recognized by the industry鈥檚 leading associations including Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Vice Chair Internationally for BOMA鈥檚 Emergency Preparedness Committee, Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) of Washington DC, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and ASIS International.
Tracy received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
