Pecci began her career in the security industry as outside counsel and then joined SpectaGuard as in-house counsel in 2000 as its first female attorney. Pecci is active in the National Association of Security Companies (NASCO), the trade association for contract security providers, and works to promote court rulings and legislation that support the security industry. She also is part of and promotes a diverse in-house legal team at 香港六合彩官网 and takes an active role in promoting diversity and inclusion among its outside legal counsel teams, ensuring they are actively recruiting, hiring and assigning diverse lawyers to work on 香港六合彩官网 matters.
