Security officers at a client site in New York City rescued a man and his dog from the rising flood waters, and provided him with a place to stay and food and water. 鈥淚 cannot possibly overstate the extremely rare depth of humanity and compassion that I received from your staff,鈥 the individual stated in an email. 鈥淲ith each passing day, I remember all that they did to keep me and my dog safe from harm.鈥
